Relyweb builds plugins for four platforms it does not own — WHMCS, WooCommerce, Shopify and AcelleMail. All of them written in-house, in Ahmedabad, for one reason: those platforms are excellent at billing and terrible at India.
The gap we build into
A Western billing platform assumes one tax rate, one currency and a card. An Indian business needs a CGST/SGST/IGST split that follows place of supply, a validated GSTIN on the invoice, HSN and SAC codes, GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B that reconcile, and export invoices that satisfy FEMA. It needs UPI, not just cards. Most teams close that gap with a spreadsheet and a developer who is no longer available.
GST Manager closes the tax half on WHMCS, Shopify, WooCommerce and AcelleMail. The payment plugins close the other half — PhonePe, Razorpay, Cashfree, Zoho Payments and PayGlocal for cross-border — with RelyPay sitting above them to route between providers instead of locking you to one. This site is also the release registry. Every WHMCS and AcelleMail plugin polls its own version.json here, and the changelog it is offering you is public before you install anything — open any product page and read the release notes without a licence, an account or a sales call.
The ZIP behind that update is not public. It is served only after your licence checks out, and the archives sit outside the web root entirely. The updater takes a backup before it writes and restores automatically if the write fails, so a bad update costs you a minute rather than an evening. Every file is HMAC-SHA256 checksummed and verified continuously, and every plugin keeps its own audit log — which is what your security reviewer and your CA will each want to see. Shopify and WooCommerce plugins skip this pipeline; they update through their own platform stores.
What a licence actually covers
One licence covers one installation, matched by domain and directory, managed from your Relyweb client area. A lifetime licence includes a year of updates and keeps working after that; a leased licence updates for as long as it is active. Past three installations, volume licensing runs 25–40% below list. Every plugin has a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund — if it does not fit your setup, you do not pay for it.

How is licensing structured across the plugins?
Each license is tied to one platform installation, matched by domain and directory. WHMCS plugins to one WHMCS installation, WooCommerce plugins to one Woo site, Acellemail plugins to one Acelle installation — and so on.
You can buy as many licenses as you have installations, and they're all managed from the same Relyweb client area.
Do I get a discount for buying multiple plugins?

What about multiple installations of the same plugin?
One license per installation. For agencies and hosts running multiple WHMCS or WooCommerce sites, we offer volume licensing — typically 25–40% off list when you cross 3 installations. Reach out and we'll structure it.
Do the plugins share infrastructure?
Yes — the file-integrity check (HMAC-SHA256), the auto-updater with auto-backup/restore, and the license daemon are common across every plugin we ship. Learn it once, you have it everywhere.
Each plugin also exposes its own audit log, so security ops and CAs always have a paper trail.
What's your refund policy?

What payment terms do you accept?
