How is licensing structured across the plugins?

Each license is tied to one platform installation, matched by domain and directory. WHMCS plugins to one WHMCS installation, WooCommerce plugins to one Woo site, Acellemail plugins to one Acelle installation — and so on.

You can buy as many licenses as you have installations, and they're all managed from the same Relyweb client area.

Do I get a discount for buying multiple plugins?

Yes. Bundles and multi-plugin pricing are available — contact us with the list of plugins and the number of installations and we'll send a quote within one business day.

What about multiple installations of the same plugin?

One license per installation. For agencies and hosts running multiple WHMCS or WooCommerce sites, we offer volume licensing — typically 25–40% off list when you cross 3 installations. Reach out and we'll structure it.

Do the plugins share infrastructure?

Yes — the file-integrity check (HMAC-SHA256), the auto-updater with auto-backup/restore, and the license daemon are common across every plugin we ship. Learn it once, you have it everywhere.

Each plugin also exposes its own audit log, so security ops and CAs always have a paper trail.

What's your refund policy?
