What does RelyPay actually do?

RelyPay is a WHMCS addon that unifies multiple payment providers into a single orchestration layer. Instead of installing and maintaining a separate module per gateway, you run one addon that creates individual sub-gateways for each payment method (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, EMI and more) and routes each transaction to the right provider automatically.

It also handles recurring payments, webhook verification, file integrity monitoring and one-click updates — all from a single admin dashboard.

Which payment providers are supported?

Today RelyPay supports Razorpay, Cashfree, PhonePe, PayGlocal and Zoho out of the box. New providers — including Stripe, GoCardless, CCAvenue and EaseBuzz — are on the roadmap and added over time. Because every provider plugs into the same routing and reporting layer, adding one later doesn't change how your checkout works.

How does intelligent routing work?

RelyPay evaluates a four-layer cascade for each payment and stops at the first matching rule: currency-based, amount-based, volume-based, and a fallback default. Only one layer fires per request, so routing stays predictable.

Does RelyPay support recurring payments?

Yes — recurring billing currently runs through PayGlocal Standing Instruction (SI) mandates, and is available for non-INR currencies. Broader recurring support — UPI AutoPay and INR card recurring — is on the roadmap.

How does RelyPay keep payments secure?

Two layers. On disk, all deployed gateway files carry SHA-256 checksums and database records are HMAC-SHA256 signed using ionCube-protected keys. For incoming payments, every provider callback has its signature verified and duplicate notifications are de-duplicated.

Will I get new providers like Stripe for free when they launch?

Yes — as long as your license is active (and always, on a Lifetime license), new providers ship through the normal one-click update and plug straight into the same routing, failover and reporting layer you already use.

How do licensing and updates work?

Each license is tied to one WHMCS installation and validated automatically. RelyPay checks for updates daily; the Update Now button backs up your current install (keeping the last three backups), extracts, syncs and reloads — and auto-restores from backup if anything fails.

Yes. All licenses include email and ticket support, with priority response on Annual and Lifetime plans. We're based in Ahmedabad and support is provided in English and Hindi. We also offer a 14-day money-back guarantee.
